There's no minimum requirement on how long you are required to work with us.

For digital marketing services, we recommend a minimum of three months to start. This gives you enough time to settle in and get a feel for our services, the people and the work.

Once you’ve signed a contract with Seeyu Studios, you’ll receive a full copy (PDF) delivered via email immediately, and an invoice billing statement (PDF) will be emailed to you within 48 hours.

Once a deposit has been paid and processed, a copy of your invoice receipt will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

For single (one-time) projects, an initial 50% deposit is required for project commencement, and the remaining balance is due upon completion. Monthly recurring plan payments are due on the 1st of each month serviced.

We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, Interac eTransfer, or wire transfer.

Once an invoice has been paid and processed, a copy of your invoice receipt will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

For recurring projects, you can expect regular email check-ins (minimum once per week) to keep you posted throughout the month.

During the project onboarding stage, you'll receive a welcome email with a unique link to an exclusive Client Portal.

This is a secure online web platform where you'll be able to view progress reports, ask questions, and provide feedback at any time.

For most creative projects, we offer up to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost.

If you need more or wish to add on deliverables beyond the initial project scope, we'll provide you with an updated project quote and timeline before moving forward.

No, you do not need to credit Seeyu Studios when using content we've created for your business, but we're always grateful when you do! :)

The content we produce is licensed to the business registered to your Seeyu Studios account only. If you're interested in sharing, repurposing or redistributing the content for a different business, you'll need to purchase a separate commercial license to do so.

If you want to use someone else's copyrighted material in your project, you will need to get their permission first. Once you have obtained and provided us with the necessary permissions, we'll be able to incorporate the copyrighted material in your project.
