At Seeyu Studios Inc., we are committed to putting people first

As province-wide restrictions are set in place by the Provincial Health Officer (PHO) under the Public Health Act and others made under the Emergency Program Act (EPA) to help stop the spread of COVID-19, we wanted to inform you of the proactive steps our team is taking to ensure the health, safety and wellness of our valued clients, colleagues, and community at large.

Since March of 2020, our company has implemented a number of health & safety guidelines that will help reduce exposure to and transmission of a range of illnesses, including novel coronavirus. Below, you will find an overview of the steps we’re taking to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

As of March 31st, 2021 — our services remain fully operational, but all business operations are to continue to take place by phone, email or teleconferencing only.

In the breakdown below, you’ll find our latest thinking on how Seeyu Studios Inc. will adapt its practices to ensure that we continue to deliver the best services to meet our clients’ expectations, while also making thoughtful decisions that prioritizes the safety of our team.

Remote Work Arrangements

All business operations and appointments are taking place remotely only. 

Seeyu Studios Inc. has always prioritized virtual technologies to enable remote work for our team members. All of our team members are working from home at this time.

While employee business travel, in-person meetings, and on-site client services are temporarily unavailable, the company is using proper infrastructure, knowledge, and best practices to best serve our clients remotely and ensure the success of project operations in full adherence to the latest provincial restriction guidelines.

Production Studio Temporarily Closed to the Public

Our in-house production studio is temporarily closed to the public. 

Any pre-scheduled photography or videography shoots, and/or meetings which normally take place at the head office's production studio will be in total compliance to Seeyu Studios' COVID-19 Safety Plan company policy.


This includes the following:

  • No visitors except for authorized personnel
  • Mandatory use of masks
  • Space occupancy limitations
  • Cleaning/sanitization protocols 


All of the above regulations are posted on-site and are strictly enforced to ensure the wellness of our team, clients, and community.
